Graphene 3D Filament
We produce advanced graphene 3D filaments—composite materials that integrate graphene nanostructures into polymeric or hybrid matrices to achieve high-performance additive manufacturing. These filaments combine graphene’s exceptional electrical conductivity, thermal stability, and mechanical strength with the versatility of 3D printing technology.
Technical Properties
- Graphene or graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets uniformly dispersed in a polymer matrix (e.g., PLA, ABS, PEEK, PETG).
- Up to ~10⁶ S·m⁻¹, enabling rapid electron transfer and significantly boosting conductivity compared to conventional polymers.
- Approximately 5000 W/mK, allowing printing at higher temperatures for heat-resistant applications.
- Graphene reinforcement delivers tensile strength, stiffness, and flexibility (~130 GPa), while maintaining lightweight properties.
