C-Kote

C-Kote is an innovative surface protection system based on high-performance ceramic coating technology. Thanks to its advanced formula containing micro- and nano-scale ceramic particles, it gives surfaces exceptional hardness, abrasion resistance, thermal stability and chemical resistance. It has been developed especially for surfaces exposed to extreme temperatures, corrosion and mechanical abrasion.

How Does C-Kote Work?

When applied to the surface, C-Kote creates a strong ceramic barrier through chemical and physical interactions. The working principle of this coating is based on three basic mechanisms:

  • Chemical and Mechanical Bonding Mechanism

C-Kote penetrates deeply into the microporous structure of the surface and forms a strong chemical bond.

By interacting with the surface, it provides high adhesion strength and prevents deformations such as peeling and cracking.

Ceramic particles form a dense network structure as the coating hardens, improving wear resistance.

  • Thermal and Chemical Protection

Thanks to its structure resistant to high temperatures (up to 1000°C), it acts as a thermal barrier on surfaces exposed to heat.
